Michelle serves as Director of Operations for Independent Wealth Strategies and draws from more than 25 years of business, accounting and tax experience. As the primary resource for our team, Michelle brings warmth, attentiveness and a natural gift for problem solving to all our partner and client relationships.

Prior to joining the team, Michelle worked as a professional business consultant, specializing in providing corporate and personal tax expertise to small businesses.

She takes pride in our firm’s level of care and attention to each of our clients, and excels at helping to guide each person’s unique journey. Bringing a calm and positive spirit to all that she does, Michelle oversees our accounts and advocates for and empowers our clients- whether they are serving as an executor, or taking first steps toward their future financial freedom.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two daughters, traveling to visit family, supporting local comedians, and going on walks with their dogs, near their home in Parker, Colorado.
